Rachelle joined General Mills in 2003 as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager at the Midland, Ontario Canadian manufacturing facility where she spent 7 years in cross-functional roles of increasing responsibility, with an emphasis in Continuous Improvement (CI). In 2011, Rachelle relocated to the world headquarters in Minnesota to lead CI strategy for the International Division spanning twelve countries and forty manufacturing facilities, before stepping into the Director of Manufacturing Excellence role elevating her leadership and scope across the North America network inclusive of Canada and Mexico in 2021.
Rachelle returned to the EHS function as the Director of Health, Safety and Environment for the enterprise in 2023, with a focus on challenging traditional paradigms to accelerate the reduction of serious incident and fatality (SIF) exposures.
